Abstract
The present paper is to investigate the existence of the scattering operators for the Klein-Gordon equations with a potential which depends on both the space and time variables, and admits a singularity in $L^q(\mathbb{R}^n)$ sense. The main tool is the Strichartz estimates of solutions.
