Authors and participating publishers make their own arrangements about copyright. A rights statement may be available on the article information tab. Please note that Project Euclid is not the copyright holder or owner of any title included on the platform.
How do I obtain the rights to an item/article?

Please note that Project Euclid is not the copyright holder or owner of any title included in the aggregation. Each publication is owned and operated by an affiliated publishing society or nonprofit organization, as indicated in the list of publishers.

Project Euclid allows for the use of text and data mining (TDM) by Authorized Users* to derive information from the Licensed Materials for the purpose of research or private study, but not for Commercial Use (ie, for profit).
* Authorized users include current members of the faculty, staff, and students enrolled at a Licensing Institution, who are permitted to access the institution's secure network and who have been issued a password or other authentication by the Licensee. Please notify Project Euclid before attempting TDM.
