Yes. COUNTER 5 reports beginning with January 2019 are available in your institutional account administration area.
As a librarian, how can I access and manage my institution's account?
Librarians can manage their subscriptions to Euclid publications by accessing their Library Administration Account. To do so your individual account must be designated as an administrator for your instituion. Please contact Project Euclid if you need help setting up your institutional administration account.
Which titles require a signed site license agreement to enable access?
Some content hosted on Project Euclid requires a signed site license agreement to be in place before access is enabled.
For single titles, please contact the individual publisher to confirm their policy.
